Our model

No fees. You only pay if the hire works out.

We believe in the quality of our talent and in this new way of hiring. So we only earn when you succeed: a commission, only once your new hire’s probation period is completed.

    Profiles, advanced search, recommended talent and alerts: everything is open from day one, no credit card.

  2. Zero fees

    No subscription, no hidden fees

    No plan, no paid job ads, no commitment. Until you hire, you pay nothing.

  3. 5 %

    Only if your new hire stays

    You only pay once your new hire has completed their probation period: 5% of their fixed gross annual salary, excluding VAT. If it does not work out, you owe nothing.

For comparison, a recruitment agency usually charges 15 to 25% of annual salary.

The commission applies to any talent met on Mercajob and hired within 12 months, whatever the type of contract; each hire is declared on the platform. Details in the terms of sale (French).
